Who Deserves Your Hard-Earned Cash?

Today is the day to nominate candidates for the "Ten Buck Fridays" money bomb on Friday, June 25. Thanks to everyone who supported TBF last week with a contribution to Sharron Angle.

Candidates considered last week included Christine O'Donnell (DE), Nikki Haley (SC), Renee Ellmers (NC), Meg Whitman (CA) and Marco Rubio (FL). These are all great choices who deserve to be nominated again.

Other names that have come up in the comments lately include Marco Rubio (again), Michelle Bachmann (MN), Buddy Simpson (GA State House District 32), Andy Barr (KY), Daria Novak (CT), Jim Rutledge (MD), Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA) and Susana Martinez (NM).

I'd also like to give special consideration to Ed Martin, a candidate who supports TBF! Ed is running for U.S. Congress from Missouri's 3rd Congressional district.

TBF will give preference to rock-ribbed conservative non-incumbent candidates, but all nominations will be appreciated, and the candidate with the most nominations will always be included in the polls. Please give special attention to candidates who have signed the Contract from America, candidates who are friends with the Tea Party movement and candidates who are committed to adhering to the U.S. Constitution.

Remember: Ten Buck Fridays is a decentralized grassroots movement. Money goes straight from donors to candidates.

Who do you like this week?

A special thanks to Stop the ACLU for featuring a Ten Buck Fridays post!

Thanks. Don't know much about Rodgers yet, but here's a link
for those who, like me, want to learn more.

Susana Martinez is a great one.

Would you consider keeping a master list of everyone you know is participating, on one of your posts. I will then give everyone a link at my place.

Wouldn't it be nice if every post has everyone participating so that readers can understand that it is a great, and growing idea.

Just a suggestion. I know it will take some work.

I nominate Rep. Michele Bachmann, Minnesota. Liberals hate her because she is so very effective. I understand that Democrats are pouring money into Minnesota for her opponent.

Most of us who think she is doing such a superb job may think there would be no possibility that she would not get reelected, but...

I've had emails and comments from some people in Minnesota and they believe it will be a very close race.

We cannot afford to lose Bachmann's strong, liberty-loving voice in Congress.

Jim Rutledge - GOP US Senate candidate from Maryland. He's a Constitutional lawyer and an impressive speaker against a liberal lion, Barbara Mikulski.

Rodgers REFUSES to sign the Contract from America.

MT: Good idea. I'll get a complete list together soon. I'll have my evil twin over at Polemicon post it.

Agree with helping Michele. Dems like to think she's vulnerable. Whether it's true or not, lots of money will be involved. MB will need loads of it.

MRN: Thanks.

You need to add Star Parker to your list. She is the real deal and will need help.

Have you guys seen the latest Fuck Michele Bachmann flyer that has been put up all over Minneopolis/St. Paul? She is another one that really needs the money, as her district is pretty evenly divided. Pelosi & Co. are spending about 100G per week to defeat her.

"Have you guys seen the latest Fuck Michele Bachmann flyer that has been put up all over Minneopolis/St. Paul? " I'd have thought this would backfire on the jerks who'd put this all over their city for kids to see....I hope so.

I'm also very much for Michelle B and Star Parker...

So, we should all do a blog on Friday and feature that person, or we'll have a template blog post we can all cut and paste? (sorry, I'm just catching up and you all KNOW how computer DUMB I can be!)

JCG: Yes, libs are really crude. Thanks for the Star Parker nomination. I've already put together this week's poll, but she'll go to the top of the list for next week.

Z: You're free to copy and of my Ten Buck Friday posts. Modify as you like. Or do your own post if you prefer. I just want everyone to participate in a whatever way works best for them.

I can send you code for this week's poll. Votes on your blog will be added to votes from all the other blogs that put up the poll. It's very easy. Just let me know if you want me to email it to you.

Please consider conservative Constitutional Law Professor Teresa Collett - MN District 4 for congress. She is up against Pelosi Twin Betty McCollum who compares tea partiers to the Oklahoma City Bomber. http://collettforcongress.com
