Presidential Approval Index: ZERO

Perhaps America has awakened to reality.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 34% of the nation's voters now strongly disapprove of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-four percent (34%) strongly approve, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of 0. That’s the highest level of strong disapproval and the lowest overall rating yet recorded.

Can it be? Is Obama no longer more popular than God? I feared this day would never come.

Rasmussen updates
  • Just 26% of Americans believe the GM bailout was a good idea and nearly as many support a boycott of GM products.
  • As the President makes his case for pressing both sides in the dispute, only 21% expect that peace is likely between Israel and the Palestinians over the next decade.
  • Sixty-six percent (66%) see Israel as an ally of the United States while 29% say the same of Egypt.
  • Overall, just 28% of voters nationwide expect that U.S. relations with the Muslim world will get better over the next year; 21% expect things to get worse.
Why aren't liberals assuring us that "most pro-lifers are peaceful"?
