It may be a coincidence, or merely an attempt to emulate Obama's successful communication style, but the script from that ad sounds like something straight from Obama's teleprompter.
I currently own a Saturn & I went out of my way to buy American. I'm certainly not buying a GM to reward Obama. I'll try to do research of the party affiliation of any dealerships. I was originally annoyed with Ford, since their CEO switched to Irish citizenship, presumably, to lower his personal income tax, but it seems that Ford is currently the least annoying of the formerly big 3 now.
Nacilbupera predicts that the government will not be able to divest itself from GM anytime under Obama even if the economy were to turn around and even if Obama were to be ruler for 8 yrs. Indeed, it will take an extraordinary Republican to get us out from GM; Romney could do it if he were elected Pres.
UgH! When did "yes we can" become "Not any more"? Seems to be the major theme to this commercial for Obamamotors. Maybe that should become the crowd chant for all of his future speeches...
I've wrote many blog post about Gov Motors. The government has no right spending our money on GM. I'm glad to see other conservatives speaking up on this issue. Email me sometime - rightsidereview@yahoo.com
Nacilbupera: You're right of course. And if GM were to become financially healthy enough to become free of government control and government assistance, Obama would still want to keep GM under his thumb. I can imagine no circumstance under which Obama would relinquish control of GM.

That's a very good idea. I can imagine my next Tea Party protest sign.
FTC: "Don't listen to Obama!" That's one of the reasons I rarely watch TV anymore.

Wouldn't doubt it RK, they're now providing their own pre fabbed news stories to the Obama Propaganda Ministry formerly known as the MSM

Agreed, to buy a GM is to funnel money into Obama's political industrial complex.
WHT: It won't be the free world for long the way things are going.
FTC: His ambitions appear to have no bounds.
AFS: Anything would be better than an Obamamobile.
RV: GE/NBC/GM/Chrysler/etc/etc it's going to be increasingly difficult to avoid Obama-controlled companies. But it seems like a good thing to do.

Obama doesn't care about proper boundaries.
