President Obama sought Wednesday to reframe the health care debate as “a core ethical and moral obligation,” imploring a coalition of religious leaders to help promote the plan to lower costs and expand insurance coverage for all Americans.
“I know there’s been a lot of misinformation in this debate, and there are some folks out there who are frankly bearing false witness,” Mr. Obama told a multidenominational group of pastors, rabbis and other religious leaders who support his goal to remake the nation’s health care system.
Obama's statements piqued my Biblical curiosity, and I've found some scriptural quotes that clearly support Obama's agenda:
Then the king will say to those at his right hand, 'Come, you that are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world; for I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was sick and you gave me sensible, low-cost painkillers instead of an expensive pacemaker.
Jesus said to him, "Sell everything you have and give to the poor Federal Government, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me Obama."
Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give Congress has demanded of him, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver patriotic taxpayer.

moral imperative? That means his cost savings and jobs arguments have fully collapsed and he is reduced to saying we are doing this because we are good people.
And this is a man who has no faith community, and has no intention of attending worship services....PERIOD.
LMAO, good one RK.
I'm proposing a separation of Obama and State.
Okay, Obama, lead by example...last I knew your own brother...flesh and blood...is still living in a hut

Great interpretations! It is so irritating to see them use the God language to suit their interests. Why don't the "separation" folks protest Obama and his religious supporters? Because they agree with them and/or they know the religious views are phony.
