The Federal Government Has Crossed The Line

Our elected officials are arrogant, greedy, irresponsible and hypocritical.  Washington D.C. is populated by ravenous pigs whose appetite for power will never be satisfied.  In their mad rush to the tax-payer funded trough, they have trampled the constitution.  

To mix in another metaphor, the pigs in Washington have crossed the line.  In fact they're so far past the line that they can't even see the line:
